5. Purchase Process and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We currently accept:

  • We ship to all locations within Ecuador.
  • Shipping is handled by Servientrega.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind once the shipment has been confirmed. However, in accordance with Ecuador's Consumer Protection Law (Ley Orgánica de Defensa del Consumidor), we accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product does not match the description on the Website.
